Мы говорим друг другу ОС при встрече, на тренировке, мы говорим ОС во время поединка, но далеко не все знают что-же означает это короткое слово и я слышал разные версии происхождения и расшифровки, иногда столь забавные и смешные, насколько и далекие от истины.
Предлагаю поделиться соображениями :)

Kiokushin Karate Club Kanku-Kai is a member of the Bulgarian National Federation of Karate and licensed under the State Agency of Youth and Sport. Kyokushin Karate Club Kanku-Kai is registered as a Nonprofit Public Organization. The main activity is development and promotion of Kyokushin Karate through the organization and participation in training classes, competitions, tournaments, seminars, technical camps and other sports activities.



Recent News
Club Kanku-Kai takes an active part in the national championships, tournaments and cups organized by the Federation of Bulgarian Karate Kyokushin. The club conducts selection and pre-competition training in all age groups. Our competitors are awarded by numerous competition awards, including best technique and fighting spirit. Proletina Koeva participated in the European Junior Championship in Budapest, Hungary in May 2006. In November 2006 the club participated in the international championship “Branko Boshniak Memorial” in Croatia. 

The club participates in numerous training camps, seminars and demonstrations. Since 1994 the club attends the annual summer camps organized by the Federation of Bulgarian Karate Kyokushin with international guest instructors, as well as the preparation camps of the bulgarian national team. The participated in many regional camps in the cities of Plovdiv, Goce Delchev, Sevlievo and Shumen. In 2006 the club took part in the International Fight Camps with the Hungarian National Team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria and in Szolnok, Hungary. The club instructors attend the national instructor and judges seminars. The club has numerous participations in Kyokushin Karate and marshal arts demonstrations. 

In November 2006 the club organized a national tournament for cadets. The tournament was named “Kanku-Kai” Cup. The competition was part of the official sports calendar of FBKK and BNFK for the year 2006 and was held in Sofia’s sports hall “Siconco”. More than 50 competitors from the country participated in the competition under 16 y.o. Four competitors from the club competed in the cup: Daniel Delchev and Nikolay Yourgov took III-rd place and the Kanku-Kai Cup for cadets was awarded to our competitor Karina Todorova. 

On the 24 of February 2007 the club organized the Bulgarian National Kumite Championship for Adults. The championship is the strongest competition for the year and stands as criteria for the national team selection for the European Championships. The competition was sponsored by Teokom Group Ltd. The club was presented by 7 fighters: Dimitry Kaplenko, Miroslav Nikolov, Konstantin Grancharov, Boyan Sotirov and Boyan Georgiev in the men competition and Yana Madina and Elena Mihalska in the women. In the men’s 78kg category Dimitry Kaplenko took III-rd place, Boyan Georgiev took III-rd place in 72kg, Elena Mihalska took II-nd place in the women’s lightweight category and Yana Madina took III-rd place in the women’s heavyweight category. Before the finals the club, lead by the instructors, made a demonstration which included the braking (shivari) of baseball bats. The competition which took place in the “Siconco” sports hall, was broadcasted by Channel 3 television. 

In February 2008 club Kanku-Kai hosted the National Kyokushin Championships for Adults – Kumite and Kata. Boyan Georgiev took second place in the 70 kg category and was awarded the mens best technique award. He also made the first and fastest knock out for the tournament, and then defeated last year’s champion Teodor Georgiev. Maria Georgieva took the bronze in the women’s 65 kg category after a semi-final with the bronze winner Valencia Dimitrova from Rousse. In the 70 kg category the club was also presented by Boyan Georgiev, Yordan Dichev and Paskal Dichev, in 80 kg Konstantin Grancharov could not defeat the champion Alexander Komanov, and in women’s 55 kg. category by Elena Mihalska. 
The championships began with the kata competition, where the club was presented by Nadia Petrova. 
Before the finals, eight of the club’s youngest karatekas demonstrated kata. The championships are hosted for a second year in a row by club Kanku-Kai with the support of Teokom Group.
