Хотя с 2008 года прошло много времени, и за истекший период расставлены все точки как над «i», так и над «ё», многим до сих пор не дает покоя вопрос, кто же является инициатором.
Вернее, они это прекрасно знают, но все время хотят обвинить Россию и Южную Осетию, игнорируя очевидные факты.
